When I was young one of my first jobs was in fashion retail, and back then the best we had was a group chat to cover shifts and a locked down internal email system based on 2001 windows that was awful to use. Fast forward to 2024 and not a lot has changed for running retail stores, though running the entire brand is increasingly intertwined with ecommerce. Staff still used random whatsapp groups to cover shifts, share wins, talk to other stores.

There is immense opportunity here to build this into an integrated platform that takes chat, tasks & analytics to integrate head office, regional managers & sales associates and how they operate.
